Community posting
Go where your customers already talk.
Somewhere, people are already asking the question your site answers. You get a list of those places, a post for each, and a board that keeps track of where you've been.
Find the places
Give a few words about what your site does. You get Facebook groups, subreddits and forums where those words come up, with member numbers where they're known.
Keep the ones that fit
Every community comes with a fit score and one line on why. You approve the good ones, turn down the rest, and add any you already know.
Line up your posts
One press gives each community you've approved a post written for that kind of place, with a note on what to keep in mind there. No community gets the same post from you twice.
Post as yourself
One click copies your post and opens the community. Paste it in, mark it posted, and keep the link so you can find the replies.
What we won't do
- We won't post for you from a made-up account. You post as yourself.
- We won't write a post that pretends you're a customer. Every post says you run the site.
- We won't invent a story, a result or a review to make your post land.
- We won't send the same post to the same community twice.
Why open posts work better
Moderators remove anything that reads like an advert in disguise, and members can tell. A post that helps first and says who you are stays up, gets answered, and sends you people who already trust you.
