TermsLast updated 2 October 2026
The terms, plainly put.
These are the terms you agree to when you use AdsForge. They're short on purpose.
01Who we are
AdsForge is run by No Fear Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16758357), with its registered office at 6 Mallard Way, Dereham, England, NR19 1FJ. When these terms say "we" or "us", that's who they mean, and you can reach us at hello@adsforge.co.uk.
02Using AdsForge
By using AdsForge you agree to these terms. You need to be 18 or over to hold an account.
If you're using AdsForge for a business, you're confirming that you're allowed to agree to these terms on its behalf.
03Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has it. You're responsible for what's done through your account, including by the people you invite.
If you're an owner, you decide who joins, what they can do and which websites they see.
04The websites you add
Only add websites you own or have permission to promote. AdsForge reads the public pages of the sites you add, and you confirm you're entitled to have it do that.
05What's made for you
The ad copy, display ads, scripts, videos and posts made for your sites are yours to use however you like. We claim no rights over them.
AI writes much of it from what your site says. We work to keep every line to what's on your pages, but you know your business and we don't, so check each ad and post before you use it. You're responsible for what you publish.
06Posting in communities
AdsForge finds communities and writes posts, and you do the posting, as yourself. Follow the rules of every group, subreddit and forum you post in.
Don't use AdsForge to post from made-up accounts, to pose as a customer, or to send the same post to the same place again and again. That goes for your whole team.
07What you mustn't do
- Break the law, or help anyone else to
- Make ads that mislead people, or that make claims about your business you can't back up
- Add a website in order to copy someone else's brand
- Try to get into parts of AdsForge, or other people's accounts, that aren't yours
- Overload AdsForge, or get in the way of other people using it
If you do any of these, we may pause or close your account.
08Other companies' services
AdsForge relies on other companies, including Anthropic, Google, SerpApi, Apify and Resend, and on the communities you post in. They have their own terms, and we can't answer for changes they make or for what happens on their sites.
09Keeping AdsForge running
We work to keep AdsForge available and your work safe, but we can't promise it'll never go down or that nothing will ever be lost. Download the ads and videos you want to keep.
We may change or remove parts of AdsForge. If a change takes away something you rely on, we'll tell you first wherever we can.
10What we're responsible for
Nothing in these terms limits what we owe you where the law says it can't be limited, such as for death or injury caused by our carelessness, or for fraud.
Beyond that, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We're not responsible for lost profits or lost business, or for what other people and communities do in response to your ads and posts.
11Ending things
You can stop using AdsForge at any time, and ask us to delete your account and everything in it. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.
12Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using AdsForge after a change, you're agreeing to the new terms.
13The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you and we fall out and can't settle it between us, the courts of England and Wales decide. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can use your local courts instead.
